Your Mission

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented EU Project Support professional to join our team and contribute to the implementation and reporting of our EU-funded projects.

As EU Project Support within the Governance Unit, you will support the implementation, coordination, and reporting of EU-funded projects, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include the following: 

  • Provide administrative and operational support for EU-funded projects

  • Assist with project planning, tracking deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

  • Coordinate communication with project partners, consortium members, and the European Commission.

  • Support the preparation of narrative and financial reports in compliance with Switzerland and EU regulations as well as grant agreements.

  • Assist in organizing and documenting project meetings, workshops, and events.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of project activities, contracts, and correspondence.

Your Experience, Skills & Attribute
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in EU project support, preferably within an NGO or international organization.

  • Familiarity with EU funding mechanisms, especially Horizon Europe, Digital Europe Programme, or similar.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficient in English (C1 or above)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Swiss or EU citizenship, or existing work permit in Switzerland.
